AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS
Welcome to Yardful Lawn Services (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered in Texas, United States, at 12885 W State Hwy 29, Liberty Hill, TX 78628. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, https://yardfullawnservices.com (the “Site”), and all related services provided by us (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue using our Services immediately.
We specialize in lawn care and landscaping services, including but not limited to lawn mowing, weeding, tree trimming, planting, landscaping, seasonal cleanups, mulching, and fertilization services. 1. OUR SERVICES
Yardful Lawn Services operates on a subscription-based model for lawn care services, while landscaping projects follow a structured payment schedule. We do not require contracts, and customers can cancel lawn care services at any time by calling and sending an email notification. For all landscaping projects, we require a 25% deposit upon quote approval to secure the booking. An additional 25% is due on the first day of the project, followed by 25% at the project’s midpoint, and the remaining 25% upon project completion, totaling 100% of the project cost. All initial deposits for landscaping services are non-refundable in case of cancellations.
For lawn care services, customers will be notified one day prior to service and are required to turn off their irrigation systems. If irrigation is left on and prevents service from being performed, a $25 service charge will apply for the visit. Our services are subject to weather conditions and availability, and we reserve the right to reschedule services as needed.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content on our website, including text, images, service descriptions, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Yardful Lawn Services. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, or using our content for any commercial or unauthorized purposes. We grant customers a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access our website for personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property will result in legal action.
3. USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using our Services, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete and that you will update your information as necessary. You also confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement with us and that you will not use our Services for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes. Any violation of these conditions may result in the suspension or termination of your account and access to our Services.
4. USER REGISTRATION
Certain features of our website may require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are fully accountable for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content if we determine that any information provided is false, misleading, or violates our Terms.
5. PAYMENT POLICY
For lawn care services, payments are made on a pay-as-you-go basis. Customers are billed per completed service, and payments must be made through accepted payment methods on file. For all landscaping projects, we require a 25% deposit upon quote approval to secure the booking. An additional 25% is due on the first day of the project, followed by 25% at the project’s midpoint, and the remaining 25% upon project completion, totaling 100% of the project cost. Deposits for landscaping services are non-refundable if the customer cancels after approval.
If a customer fails to turn off irrigation systems or provide access to our team before a scheduled lawn care service, a $25 service charge will be applied for the site visit. Customers are responsible for ensuring access to their property and must provide notice of any necessary rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance to avoid additional service charges.
6. CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers may cancel their lawn care services at any time by calling or sending an email confirmation. Landscaping services cannot be canceled once the deposit has been made, and all deposits are non-refundable. If a project is canceled after work has begun, the customer is still responsible for all payments due, to the percentage of work completed.
7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Users are prohibited from engaging in fraudulent activities, attempting to hack or disrupt our website, using our services for illegal purposes, harassing or abusing our employees, or violating any applicable local, state, or federal laws. Violations of these Terms may result in immediate termination of access to our Services and possible legal action.
8. WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS
Our Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available always. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances, or customer-related issues such as failure to provide access to the property. Customers assume all risks associated with service interruptions beyond our control.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Yardful Lawn Services and its employees, directors, or agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from the use of our Services. Our total liability will never exceed the amount paid for the disputed service. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so certain provisions may not apply to you.
10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yardful Lawn Services, including its employees and affiliates, from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or failure to comply with applicable laws. This includes any legal fees arising from disputes related to property access, irrigation system issues, or unauthorized service cancellations.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
All disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Williamson, Texas, in accordance with American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules. Legal action may be pursued only in cases involving intellectual property violations, theft, fraud, or injunctive relief.
12. PRIVACY POLICY

13. SMS AND ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts of law. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Texas law.
